Also listed is other documents. Each document has an article that gives more information. I didn’t attach them but if you think you need that document piece I can send it. However, in the 2nd attachment, I did include document 1 (talking about standards) so you will have an example of what I mean when I say each document gives you more information. I also included document 1 because I thought it would give a better understanding about standards which is the issue of the case study.

One of the documents also list a page of references if needed.
